Valentine's Giveaway Terms

By participating in the Valentine’s Giveaway (the “Valentine's Ad Lib Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter

The Giveaway is hosted by Get Joy (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of United States. Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway opens on February 7th, 2026 and closes on February 13th, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

  1. Fill out the Get Joy Valentine’s Ad Lib card.

  2. Share the completed card to their Instagram Story.

  3. Tag @getjoyfood in the Story so we can see the entry.

Entries that do not meet all requirements may be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive their next Get Joy & Co order on us, up to a maximum value of $200.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit unless otherwise stated.

  • Any additional costs associated with the prize (including shipping beyond standard delivery, if applicable) are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

  • The winner will be notified via Instagram DM within 3 days of the Giveaway closing.

  • If the winner does not respond within 2 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Use of Content

By entering, you grant Get Joy permission to repost, share, and use your submitted content (including your Valentine’s card and Instagram Story) for marketing and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you release Instagram from any responsibility related to the Giveaway.

9. General

  • We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable.

  • Our decision in all matters relating to the Giveaway is final.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
