Refund policy

We do not accept returns of perishable products or opened items. Return requests on non-perishable, unopened items must be made within 2 weeks of receipt and include all original packaging. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned items.  Refunds may be made at our discretion in the event of any problems with the Products.

Automatic Renewal and Cancellation: By purchasing a Get Joy subscription, you understand that it will automatically renew at the frequency stated in your account settings. Your designated payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each new subscription cycle for the upcoming period's fees and applicable taxes.

To prevent any subsequent subscription charges, you must cancel your subscription before your next charge date. This can be done via the “Manage Subscriptions” section located on the left side of the 'My Account’ page in your Get Joy portal.

Please note that any charges incurred before the effective charge date will not be refunded, in whole or in part. Upon canceling your subscription, you will retain access to the subscription benefits until the end of the current paid subscription term, after which the benefits will cease. Ensure your cancellation is completed at least six days before your next scheduled delivery to avoid further charges.

Eligibility & Terms

  1. See the Difference in 30 Days – We believe you’ll notice positive changes in your pet’s energy, digestion, and overall well-being within a month. However, if you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund.
  2. Eligible Products & Feeding Requirement – This guarantee applies exclusively to Fresh Meals and Fresh Freeze-Dried Raw Meals. To qualify, Get Joy food must be the primary source of nutrition for your pet during the 30-day period. Other products are not eligible.
  3. First Order Only – This guarantee applies only to your first order placed with Get Joy. Subsequent purchases are not eligible.
  4. 30-Day Window – Refund requests must be submitted 30 days from the product delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  5. Refund Process – To request a refund, contact our customer support team at cares@getjoyfood.com with your order details. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  6. Exclusions – Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. This policy does not cover orders made through third-party retailers or unauthorized sellers.
