Currently subscriptions are only available directly through Get Joy, we are always looking for innovative and sustainable ways to make Get Joy available locally. Ask your nearest Get Joy Store about their Frequently buyer program if you prefer buying in store.
While return policies may vary be retailer, Get Joy stands behind our products and if you are unsatisfied with an experience, you’ve had
or are unable to exchange a Get Joy item, please reach out to Cares@GetJoyFood.com.
No, our Get Joy retail partners do not stock all items in their systems and won’t have record of your purchase online, it is best to
reach out directly to Cares@GetJoyFood.com with any issues regarding product purchased online.
