How can I tell if my dog's Fresh Meals are safe to use when they arrive?

Fresh meals should arrive frozen or very cold to the touch, similar to food that has just come out of the refrigerator. It’s normal for fresh meal packs to be partially thawed during transit, as long as they still feel cold and remain below 40°F.

If your meals arrive warm or if you’re unsure about the temperature, please reach out to our team at cares@getjoyfood.com or chat with JOY, our wellness concierge, and we’ll be happy to help.
